Casa Colibri is a stylish, upgraded private home that has everything needed for a relaxing vacation, wedding, family holiday or a place to host a reunion, retreat or conference.
The outdoor space is large and surrounded by natural vegetation. Comfortable lounging chairs are provided in a covered patio area with ample shade and sun with a spectacular view of Los Arcos, the Nayarit and the Bahia de Banderas (the Bay of Flags).
Guests have private, secure front and rear entrances, as well as access to the beach. Dogs are welcome, with pre-approval.

Travel Tips
Be Prepaired for Your Stay:

Pack light and bring comfortable clothing.

Be as comfortable as possible for the heat and moisture. Temperatures average 32C /100F.
Less, is more:

Minimize cosmetic products worn on the skin. All that is needed is a natural soap, a good moisturizer, a tinted lip gloss and waterproof mascara to feel healthy and beautiful.

Try and keep luggage to one carry on and a large bag or backpack.

Bring extra medication in case of travel delays.
Footwear:

The Vacation House is the perfect place to go barefoot, to wear flip flops or slip on shoes.

A comfortable pair of runners or sandals for outings are recommended.
Medication:

Bring extra medication and any instructions that Casa Colibri management would need to be aware of in case of an emergency.

Upon arrival, guests will be asked to fill out an information form of pertinent details in the event of an emergency.

Be Safe and Responsible:

Our top priority is for guests to have an exquisite experience at Playa Mismaloya with all the comforts of home and at an affordable price.

Compensation for any damages caused by the associates, family or friends of registered Guests will be expected before Check Out.

Guests must be mindful of keeping a Green way of living while at Casa Colibri. Only turn lights and fans on when necessary. Do not leave Air Conditioning on when the room is not occupied.

Prior to or upon arrival, Guests will be required to provide personal information and identification to the on-site representative of Casa Colibri. All copies of personal information will be destroyed upon Check-Out. Guests are encouraged to join our email list for promotions and important updates

DRUG POLICY: At no time will Class 1 Narcotics be tolerated on site (cocaine, heroine, fentynol, methamphetimene, etc.)

PET POLICY: Requests for Pet Accommodation must be made seven (7) days in advance for Suite or Room Rental. Each pet will require a $200 USD cash deposit, to be refunded in cash or electronically upon check out.

COMMON AREAS: Guests are responsible for the use of the common area patio, grill and bar. All guests are required to clean up and restore the area back to its clean and organized state after use.

SHOWERING AFTER THE BEACH: All guests are requested to use the public showers at the bottom of the stairs before coming back to Casa Colibri. This helps reduce the amount of sand and debri in the house drainage system.

A personal chef can be provided upon request and for an additional fee.
